His siblings really do take on a much more cheerleader type role as they obviously want to see the grouchy Winston be happy and melt for this girl. He does not always know that the actions he would do for Ash that he had never done for someone he was sleeping with before meant that just maybe he valued her presence in his life more than he originally thought. While Winston is really reluctant in classic alpha a-hole boy character type fashion. Ash is the one who is more sure of her feelings and expresses it through calling Winston her boyfriend for example.

Especially after the ending of Stroke of Midnight, it was great to see the other Constantines rally around Ash and help her enjoy that evening. I loved that we got a huge party/gala/ball scene in this installment as it made for great character moments.

After reading Stroke of Midnight way too quickly I made myself savour Prince Charming. Webster writes as you cannot help but want to engulf the book.

It was so great to have Winston’s siblings working together to deal with Ash’s horrible step-siblings and supporting Winston falling for her. We got to spend time with Winston’s siblings Keaton, Perry, and Tinsely. My favourite character aspect of this book was all the side characters from the Midnight Dynasty universe. The real growth came from Winston who really began to question if he was capable of loving Ash rather than using her. Both of them grew so much over the course of this installment. I promise you will not regret it! The first book ended in quite the cliffhanger, quite a pivotal moment for these two. To avoid spoiling anything all I can do is beg and plead with you to pick up the first book.
